What we believe at Grace Church

If you have any specific questions about what we believe please contact us

The purpose of Grace Church Ministries is to proclaim the whole counsel of God as revealed in the Holy Scriptures (the Bible) which shall be the center of all preaching and study material and the only rule of faith and practice, and to encourage, promote and effect the following:

1. Worship

We hold that, according to the Word of God, the chief end of man is to love God and worship Him. (Mark 12:28-31; John 4:21-24; Isaiah 43:21). We further believe that praise is a pivotal exercise in the process of worship and gladly accept our authentic identity as "a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people that we may show forth the praises of Him Who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light." (1 Peter 2:9). Thus, the corporate gatherings of Grace Church are deliberately committed to center upon God the Father, Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

2. Edification

The edification of Christians, through pastoral calling, classes, fellowship and formal worship, by means of careful and complete study of words or particular passages of the Bible. The gathering of believers being primarily for the purpose of equipping the saints for personal growth, the work of the ministry and evangelism. (Ephesians 4:11-13; 2 Timothy 2:15).

3. Witnessing

We understand that Christ has called the Church to "Let our Light shine" (Matthew 5:16) and to "show forth the praises of Him Who called us out of darkness, and into His light." (1 Peter 2:9) Our desire is to get up in the morning, love God, love people, and go to sleep. We understand that a true witness gives an accurate account of things which have occurred. We, as witnesses of the great things which God has done in our lives, desire to share with others the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ.
